    Tamara Pooran

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Tamara Pooran, Principal Consultant and Founder, brings over 30 years of regional and international HR experience, having worked in the Caribbean and Canada and within various sectors including financial services, healthcare, petrochemical, manufacturing, IT consulting services, media services, government services, sales and distribution, as well as management consulting.

    With 19 years in leadership and 9 years at the senior management level at multinational organisations, Tamara offers deep expertise in HR Governance, HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Policy Development, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Management.

    Tamara holds a BSc in Economics from York University, Toronto, Canada, and a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, USA.

    Certified in the PROSCI Change Management Methodology, she is experienced in designing and spearheading effective organisational change initiatives.

    Shirvani Seepaul

    JUNIOR CONSULTANT (HR & MARKETING)

    Shirvani provides HR project support, including research, product development and database management, helping to deliver quality services to our clients. She also manages our digital communications and marketing initiatives. She has previously worked at PwC Caribbean Advisory Services.

    She holds a BSc in Management Studies with a Marketing Minor from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from York University, Toronto.

    Samayaa Seepaul

    STRATEGIC PROJECT AND OPERATIONS LEAD

    Samayaa supports TTHRC through research, proposal development, project coordination, and operational processes.

    Beyond her work with TTHRC, Samayaa consults internationally across Canada, Africa, and Asia on instructional design, research, and evaluation, working with organisations to strengthen their capacity for evidence-based programming and knowledge mobilisation.

    She holds an MSc in Public Health from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a BSc in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of the West Indies.
