Tamara Pooran
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Tamara Pooran founded Think Talent HR Consulting on a simple but powerful belief that the right people, in the right roles, with the right leadership, can transform any organisation.
With over 30 years of regional and international HR experience spanning the Caribbean and Canada, Tamara has built a career at the intersection of people strategy and business performance. She has worked across nine sectors, including financial services, petrochemical, healthcare, manufacturing, and government, bringing cross-industry insight
Her career includes 19 years in leadership and 9 years at senior management level within multinational organisations, giving her a firsthand understanding of the pressures Caribbean business leaders face and what it takes to build teams that deliver under them.
Tamara's areas of expertise span the full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, HR governance, policy development, compensation management, and organisational change.
Tamara holds a BSc in Economics from York University, Toronto, Canada, and a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, USA.
Certified in the PROSCI Change Management Methodology, she is experienced in designing and spearheading effective organisational change initiatives.

Shirvani Seepaul
JUNIOR CONSULTANT (HR & MARKETING)
Shirvani brings both analytical depth and creative thinking to her role at TTHRC, contributing to HR research, programme development, and client database management while ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standard.
She also leads Think Talent's digital presence, managing our social media, content, and marketing communications to connect Caribbean businesses with the HR expertise they need.
Prior to joining TTHRC, Shirvani gained valuable experience at PwC Caribbean Advisory Services, where she developed a strong foundation in professional services and client delivery.
She holds a BSc in Management Studies with a Marketing Minor from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from York University, Toronto.

Samayaa Seepaul
STRATEGIC PROJECT AND OPERATIONS LEAD
Samayaa brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to her work at TTHRC, leading research, proposal development, project coordination, and operational strategy to ensure our client engagements are delivered with precision and impact.
A consultant with international reach, Samayaa works across Canada, Africa, and Asia on instructional design, research, and evaluation, helping organisations build the capacity for stronger, evidence-driven programming and knowledge mobilisation.
She holds an MSc in Public Health from McGill University, Montreal, and a BSc in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of the West Indies.
