    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Tamara Pooran, Principal Consultant and Founder brings over 30 years of regional and international HR experience having worked in the Caribbean and Canada and within various sectors including financial services, healthcare, petrochemical, manufacturing, IT consulting services, media services, government services, sales and distribution as well as management consulting.

    With 19 years in leadership and 9 years at the senior management level at multinational organizations, Tamara offers deep expertise in HR Governance, HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Policy Development, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Management.

    Tamara holds a BSc in Economics from York University, Toronto, Canada, and a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, USA.

    Certified in the PROSCI Change Management Methodology, she possesses the expertise to design and spearhead effective organizational change initiatives.

  • Shirvani Seepaul

    MARKETING & DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    Shirvani brings experience from PwC Caribbean Advisory Services and a foundation in Digital Marketing, certified through York University, Toronto, Canada.

    She has a BSc in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of the West Indies.

    Shirvani is responsible for social media content creation, website design, and client support.

  • Samayaa Seepaul

    ASSOCIATE

    Samayaa brings a unique interdisciplinary background in public engagement, education, compliance, and digital communications.

    She has a MSc in Public Health from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and BSc in Biology, and Environmental Science from the University of the West Indies.

    Her role spans research, proposal writing and technical support.
